some lights seem eternal
in this springtime of hope

I was always all ready for Betty, Already

September 11, 2004
I had this entry typed out and ready to be edited before I left for work. It was already, but that is not the Already that we like.

Today something good happened, we were all given something back that we missed. The world is a nasty horrible place; we take an awful risk by writing in internet diaries. People could find us, twist our words to hurt us or those we care about, there are even people who plagiarize our writing as their own in order to make their lives seem a little ordinary.

Today the something good that happened brought me the same happiness as George W. Bush being elected President, having an iPod, having a job, and that same happiness that we have inside when a friend tells us that they love us and you know they mean it.

Betty Already returned, in a glorious restoration like Return of the Jedi or January 20, 2001. I am so glad she is back. It makes everything better, already.
