Ch�teau Renea Gernant

At the beginning of July we�ll be moving to Paris to be like the Lost Generation. With my winnings from the lottery we�ll be able to live comfortably for years while we write our books, paint our paintings and compose our music.

Emily, who wants to like Gertrude Stein minus the Jewish Lesbian � minus the fun � said that we need a much cooler name than the Lost Generation because that name has been taken and she thinks that those of us consigned to the role of Hemmingway and Fitzgerald can do better. Yes, before we move in July we�ll have to find a name for ourselves. Emily will also be the chatelaine because she already speaks French, the rest of us will learn the beautiful language.

Here is a little preview of things to come in Paris.

We will be living in a Ch�teau that Emily Stein has named Ch�teau Renea Gernant, in advance. The Ch�teau Renea Gernant is named after the famed liberal intellectual Renea Gernant, who is not French but is just as sophisticated.

This ch�teau will feature, as all chateaus do, a vineyard where some local farmer will tend to said orchards to produce a yet to be named wine which will subsidize our income and provide us with comedy. Besides the farmer who will take care of our vineyards we�ll have a housekeeper who will not be terribly competent but that won�t matter as long as she can pop off witty one liners and keep us in our place. That�s very important.

We plan on traveling Europe and the world living by the example of Hemmingway going through cycles of depression, alcoholism and productivity. We�re already doing that but we�ll be able to do this now on a grand scale. We�ll read and discuss books, we�ll spend money in interesting shops and become very devout in our religious and geopolitical beliefs and ideas. It will be great, come visit us if you�re intellectual.

This is just a preview. I must decide what must be packed for our trip to Paris and what can be left behind.
