I think you described it perfectly well. All those parents, and kids, will still be referring to how great a teacher you were/are, long after those kids are adults. That's a neat legacy. Way to go!

You deserve all the grea tthings they say about you. They are blessed to have such a dedicated teacher! One of my student's parents took out an ad in the yearbook to thank all the wonderful teachers at MLCS, I thought that was really sweet, it made me tear up. I've been doing that a lot lately.
