There is a wonderful product on the market called Airborn. It's a tab that disolves in water and contains many vitamins and flu/cold/ilness prevention ingredients. Airborn was developed by a school teacher who was tired of getting sick all year. Trader Joes carries it, if you have one of those, and I'm sure google can give you a better description than I, as well as places to order/purchase if you're interested.

I did figure it out. When you hit it for the 15th time, the clock read 6:53 and you got up 7 minutes later. I HAVE NO LIFE!!!
