Okay, when you are on a treadmill, and the belt is moving, your feet have to move as well. I know this is tricky. Practice with me, left, right, left, right. Otherwise, you are a stationary object just standing on a conveyor belt which is rapidy moving backwards. Hope that helps!

Hmmm...from one suffering germ phobia to another...doesn't that make you want to go back there tomorrow, wondering what else might be on those machines? Icky poo! I'll stick with the street, tyvm! I know, not everyone has that option, but out here in the middle of the stix, I can do that, and the worse thing I have to worry about is maybe stepping in a pile of dog poo!
