Help me finish moving and I'll be your assistant for life. An Atkins-appropriate recipe for you: Confetti Salad Drain and mix together gently one can each of white corn, French-style green beans, wax beans, and early (sugar)peas. Then also drain, rinse, drain again, and add any combination of beans/peas such as black eyed peas, kidney beans, black beans, baby lima beans, crowder peas, etc. Whisk together about 1/3 cup cider vinegar, a couple tablespoons olive oil, and the following to taste: salt, pepper, garlic powder, Tabasco, and a little Splenda. Pour over the veggies and stir. Keeps forEVER in the fridge. Stir once or twice a day to keep the flavors blended.

I hope you don't mind. It's so classical looking. Love it! Hope you're well, and I sure wish I was able to be your assistant! I find that I do my best work, too, while working out- when I'm able.

When you are working out at 5 am, know that I am finishing my workout - my morning starts at 3 am - and by eight in the evening I am toast. I have no social life because I go home and go to bed while everyone else goes out. Think voice recorder. You can record your thoughts and then listen to them when you are finished. If nothing else you will notice the improvement in your fitness level by the decrease in heavy breathing over the next few months! ;)
