Perhaps you could donate your frozen turkey to one of the homeless shelters for their Thanksgiving dinner. We are having homemade pizza for Thanksgiving dinner - how's that for breaking with tradition? My kids are not fond of turkey, and I see no point in spending hours preparing a traditional Thanksgiving meal. I just hope my soon to be daughter in law doesn't question her decision to marry into this family based on our holiday fare. ;)

You could always donate it or put it in your freezer and cook it up one weekend. You place will smell like heaven and you'll have turkey everything for a week. You just need a throwaway roaster pan and some timefoil.
