Terry's whathisfuck is an idiot. I live less than 15 miles from Chester. It was an economically devistated area long before Bush ever came into office and if Kerry comes in I almost promise you it will be worse. It is quite frankly, a ghetto. And federal policies are not meant to directly clean up ghettos. These are things that should be done on the state and local level. And I hate to say it, but 80% of Chester supported Gore in the 2000 election because 98% of the area is black; and Philadelphia votes along racial lines more than any other city in the country. Perhaps he should be more concerned about the corrupt politics of Mayor John Street and local city officials who are doing nothing to break up the disgusting monopoly the city has on public education and provide school choice for underprivledged minorities than blaming this, like everything else, on the man they dislike on the hill.
