Yep, I saw that on the news; she had to stand out there for three hours. I don't know if such punishments work to deter crime but it sure is funny (to me)...

I saw that also and cringed...not that she had to do that...but I was thinking my favorite Judge did another assnugget ruling and made national news once again. He was the imfamous Judge who made a woman wear a badge that said she was a shoplifter everytime she went shopping.
