no admendment....but I was at Kmart the other day and I saw a boy about 12 with his family. He had long hair and at or about the ear lobe it looked as if they just took scissors and lobbed off his hair....not exactly a mullet, but I felt so bad for him because it looked like the mom was the type to do that fashion do on him.
