I would also join in the Anti-Boycott, however I just hate KFC anyway. I don't care if they kick their chickens, I just don't like the taste of their grease-soggy food. And again, as I said before, the biggest surprise in this development is that they actually use chickens.

Damn Right! As I am watching the NYY vs. BOS game right now. Did you see the 3rd inning brawl? Yeah, baby. P.S. We're down right now, but I trust our team to c'mon back!

I'm so confused by celebrities wanting to boycott KFC. Do they honestly think a fast food restaurant raises its own livestock, let alone has any control over how it's treated? I just sit there and shake my head, wondering how we as a species got so dumb and the chickens aren't eating us.

According to http://www.kfc.com/about/animalwelfare.htm, Yum! Brands, parent company of KFC, is the owner of restaurant companies and, as such, does not own, raise, or transport animals.

Why can't you wear a hat for any team you like? It's prejudice against the suburban contingent I say. Also, some people just like to collect and wear different sports ensignia items. I am back from all my travel so maybe I can get back to business as usual. I hated not being able to keep up with my diary reading and writing lately. Have fun at your parent's and watch the dog's tail.

that is too funny that they target the rual areas about cruelty to animals...that seems like the last place to target...I can just imagine that kind of thing in my uncle's farming town and how people wouldn't give a shit...I can see that kind of thing being more effective in larger cities where we're more apt to want to follow it because it's politically correct

but you know. to see the pictures of what happens to animals on farms is...well, it's disgusting. I don't think it's propaganda either. just the way it is and always has been. I think they think by boycotting those places sends a message that even though they themselves don't control what goes on, they can choose places that treat their animals better and THEN kill the hell out of them.
