I had to go through that recently to. I've found that sometimes it helps when you can go in there in the morning. It seems they improved our system recently by adding more long lines. They have more than one camera station which is a little better than before. I just stand in those long lines resigned to my fate. I try not to get upset. Maybe I should try dropping funny notes.
