I just got caught up on all your weekend entries. Whew! I like to read your entries, but I don't always comment. I would like to try this unique food you speak of. I'm sure it wouldn't fit into my diet though.

I prefer mine made with fresh shredded potato. I was never able to make a decent pancake out of the leftover mashed potato.
