Some sort of license requirement for breeding should be implemented to weed out unfit parents. I'm not sure what the exact details for applying for a license would be yet but it'd mostly involve finances, health and intelligence...not any superficial things like race or creed. And as for anyone caught reproducing without a license...well, this is where I start to get really ridiculous...uh, nevermind...I'll just leave it at this: soylent green.

I heard something on the news about Universities and Colleges saying how wonderful these home schooled kids are. I had to laugh, because I know a few people who home school their kids. Can we say....Social Retard?
