Damn straight. 400 billion is beyond ridiculous, even to me. And I have no real sense of the value of money considering I've never had to earn it. I rarely even spend it.

I'm sure with the 400 billion given to Boeing and Lockheed Martin, they could have easily created something to do undersea exploration. Science is discovering new forms of medical treatment from the plant life underneathe.
