some lights seem eternal
in this springtime of hope

First: Right now I have time to write because Im ironing in the manner I was taught by Barbara (neurotic-one). Put it in the iron with a clean, wet cloth. Amen sister friend.

Second: About the Secretary of Educations comment about the NEA being a terrorist organization, harsh but true. Im a member of the NEA. The NEA cant claim for a second to have the interests of teachers, students or schools in mind. Anyone who supported the Democratic Party after considering their Education Platform cannot claim to be pro-teacher.

You can say what you want about the teachers union because like every other union in America (so far Ive been in four); the unions are just an arm of the Democratic Party with little or no concern for the workers.

I love how they lie about no child left behind and run adds filled with half-truths. Its what the Democrats will need to do this November to win: libel, slander, divide with hate along lines of class, race and religion, count on the stupidity of the American Electorate and lie.

Thank you, Rod Paige - Secretary of Education, for speaking the truth. The Teacher's Union doesn't respresent us and works against us.

(And no, you don't have a choice if you join or not in most places)
